"We've stayed there 2 years in a row for a Girls' Weekend in downtown Grand Rapids. We even booked the same room the second time! Just loved it! Close to everything in Downtown! All the restaurants we went to were great, reasonable, and within walking distance (and I highly recommend Tupelo Honey, which is right across the street). "This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

"Everything on this property that I saw appeared clean & updated with colorful/pleasing design. Lots of families with children appeared to be enjoying breakfast and the pool, yet the hotel was still quiet. 2 different front desk ladies seemed to be offended that we asked for additional blankets. Each replied, “There is one in your closet”, to which we replied, “There are 4 people in our room”. However, housekeeping was very kind when they brought more blankets. Will definitely stay here again...

"fast and friendly check in. Great room quality nice mattress and air conditioning. Well insulated sound walls gave quiet peace, even with boys baseball team running around. Breakfast food is well prepared and plentiful with wonderful assortment of choices. pool in nice for stretching but small for full laps. Temperature was perfect. not too cold or hot."
