You need a code to get in the door and a different code to get in your room. A couple got in a verbal disagreement outside our room. They were swearing, yelling, with possible physical harm. "The staff was so incredibly helpful and welcoming. They gave us tips on places to see and things to do. The breakfast was very good. Cinnamon rolls were warm, eggs with peppers were delicious as well as the breakfast potatoes. Staff walked thru breakfast with warm muffins and fresh fruit cups. The feel of the room was reminiscent of some modern, European rooms. There were restaurants within one or two blocks as well as Vilano Beach. I would definitely visit this hotel on the future."

"This is an old property but very clean with interesting decor. Family would love the pirate themed rooms. Reasonable rates especially for the area. Staff was exceptional."

"Great hotel in an excellent location. This was a spur of the moment trip so I literally booked the hotel within an hour of arrival. My booking wasn't showing up in the system yet. Instead of asking me for my confirmation number the front desk clerk condescendingly asked me if I was in the right hotel! Other than that everything was great."

"The Inn was in a good location near St. Augustine downtown. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was free and right outside. Our complaints were the noise of the boat power washing that went on until 10pm the first night and the fire alarm that went off at 1am on the 3rd night. Our room unfortunately was full of pet dander and I had an allergic reaction to it so we left after a 4-night stay with my face and eyes red and swollen. Please do a better job of advertising that ALL the rooms are...
