"Location and price are key on this one! Remodeled but should have chosen a better contractor. Room appears clean at first look but only the basics like tub & sink have been recently cleaned. Bedding was clean, too. Great air conditioner, tv & quiet atmosphere. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast included coffee, juice, yogurt, streusel cakes, and hot foods (these were unappealing to me). Felt safe here. We used for an overnight stay visiting St. Augustine."

"Extremely noisy. Told us when we checked in to expect noise late into the nite. Wish I had know this before I booked it as the music was so loud it kept us up till 1:30am. Room was so tiny you could barely move and AC unit sounded like a freight train. Would not stay here again"

"Staying at this lovely B&B was a delightful experience, from start to finish. I can’t think of one thing that was negative or unpleasant. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with something different every day. An easy walk to shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the Castillo de San Marcos. We received amazing customer service from Teresa, Courtney, Mary Lynn and Eva who was so very kind and accommodating. There were others that worked here as well, all providing superior customer service. They are truly customer service oriented. Couple that service with the appearance and atmosphere of Centennial House, and you have a true winner. I HIGHLY recommend and will be returning myself! Thank you!!"

"The B&B location is awesome. A couple of blocks from George street in St Augustine, the shopping and restaurant district. Very walkable. Room was nice and had an outdoor roof area. Daily breakfast was outstanding. B&B also had a daily social hour where drinks and apps were provided. Last, inn also provided a daily dessert for two. It was very nice all in all. Oh and bed was very comfortable. "
