"Grounds were beautiful. Staff was great. To no fault of the property the pool area got loud but was addressed accordingly. Abbey Road was not what we expected but a fun little piece of history. Need to taxi to downtown if you didn't rent a car, and order from Publix instacart for delivery but was pretty convenient overall. "

"We had a great stay for our family of four. The pool was great, food and drinks were delicious, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful!! We would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel was nice, but not as nice as some of the other Margaritaville resorts we’ve stayed at. The pool area is small and unfortunately the beach across the street was unusable. That’s not the hotel’s fault, but part of the reason I chose to stay there was the proximity to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We tried to use the shuttle service to downtown and the bus was full. Ended up spending a lot on parking. So nothing really wrong with it, but I probably would not stay there...

"Not a package deal on Expedia then had to spend more money on hidden fees. If I buy a package I want everything included with no surprise fees."

"Amazing breakfast but there wasn’t bacon for 2 of my 4 days. Horrible that my room wasn’t ready and not available Friday when I arrived until Saturday, so we had to accommodate in a single bed with a sofa and moved twice due to hot boiling water only in the sink!"

"The room was dirty the carpet was nasty the room smelled and the sheets had brown stains on them as well as the couch had stains everywhere on it the room wasn't what I expected. I will not be going back and they only suppose to have refund me 50.00 dollars that never happened and they try to move too a regular room instead what I originally paid for not a great place to stay that's my opinion"

"The only bar at this hotel is at the pool and it is only open from 4 PM to 7 PM every day of the week. I found Tr Ass and empty beer bottles and cigarette butts all around our patio area where the bushes are right outside our door. I personally found this property to be subpar. For you paying more than $300 per night to stay there. The one highlight he did enjoy was the breakfast for it was served quickly by friendly people, especially Lela and Esther."

"Blue Flamingo was a wonderful hotel and I will go back. The pools were lovely, but it would have been nice if one pool was designated to children and the other for adults. The room was lovely as well. Our only problem was with housekeeping. Upon cleaning our room, they took all the dirty towels but never replaced them with clean ones, nor did they replace the toilet paper or tissue - we had to make several calls to front desk and the front desk with quick with those items. "The staff was less than friendly, with the exception of the shuttle drivers and Olga, the concierge. The bartenders were the worst and they were one thing that attracted us to the property based on prior reviews. The room was clean and comfortable, with ocean views. However, the property should invest in bar height chairs, as the railing on the balcony obstructs the views when sitting. The food was cold and not great quality, pretty disappointing. "I was extremely disappointed with our stay at the Fairfield Inn Key West. The property felt more like an old motel that had been rebranded as a Fairfield Inn rather than the quality hotel I expected. I should have trusted my instincts and packed my bags the moment I saw the room. The location was also much less appealing than expected. The surrounding area felt undesirable, and our room overlooked a depressing view of the parking lot and dumpsters, which certainly wasn’t the Key West experience...
