"Beautiful cottage, really huge lounge and lots of fields around. Host Dawn was super helpful and the cottage had everything you needed. The showers were great and super clean, I always found that the pictures always look better than the actual place when you arrive, but this was even better in person. This is our first time renting a cottage rather than a hotel, and we're taking our puppy. We will be back with the whole family this time to enjoy it again."

"Still the best place to stay in Poole. Shower was awesome, enough room to get a rugby union team in!!! Great location near the restaurants on the Quay and a ten minute walk from the train station. Deluxe Room was very spacious and had an iron bath in the corner!! However, mattress was too soft and the pillows too 'fluffy'. Just a personal note, but we needed hard mattresses and 'dull' pillows. Breakfast is over-priced (plenty of coffee shops/delicatessens in Poole), but if you need to eat one,...

"We stayed for 3 nights, day 1 there was no hot water, so no shower or cleaning from the sink, staff sorted it out! Nothing went wrong on day 2 but day 3 the electricity blew just before we were going out so kinda messed up our preparation, again the staff sorted it. "We did enjoy our stay at Harbour Heights, although parts of the hotel feel a little tired and in need of some updating. Unfortunately, some members of staff could also benefit from further customer service training, as at times we felt more like an inconvenience than valued guests.
