"The property was exactly as advertised and our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The location was great with it being easy to walk to any of the big tourists spots and there was parking. We reached out to the owners several times and they were amazing! The only item of not is the property is on a Main Street in a city across from a bus stop so there is some road noise but that is to be expected."

"PRIME location to everything! Parking is hard as is everywhere. Walk up (3rd story) a little difficult with lots of luggage but the apartment was clean and has a balcony with a view!"

"Did not come with a refrigerator and as you know in Iceland everything is expensive. We had some cheeses, prosciutto, han, milk and yogurt and had to toss it as this hotel did not come with this amenity. There was absolutely no view from our window and the hallways are very dark, which does kind of add to the appeal. I would recommend center hotels over this place any day."

"Loved the location, the building was very clean inside and out. Lacking basic room amenities. No TV, radio, or anything anywhere in the building. Power outlets in weird locations. Wasn’t pleased that we couldn’t even enter the building until check in time, that definitely needs to be looked at for future customers with luggage. "

The big positive for this property is location, very near all the main areas for restaurants and bars but tucked out the way to be quiet. I would come back here if we come to Reykjavík again. "

"Gabriella at the front desk was so sweet from the moment we walked in. She took the time to point out her favourite stops in Reykjavik, as well helped us locate some of the shops we’ve seen online. The room was a bit tighter than we expected, however, it was really clean. The location was great walking distance to the downtown core. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of variety - scrambled and boiled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, toast, yogurt and coffee / juice."

"Cute hotel, great location. Close to Bus Stop 9 which was easy for shuttle/tour pick ups. Very nice front desk staff Only small note is that there was no apparent A/C in the rooms, so if you run hot and you need to crack the window, if you're on a street facing room, you can have some noise pollution as well as cigarette smoke from street level. Bring a small fan if you're a warm sleeper like me! Wouldn't hesitate to return here"
