"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the stay enjoyable. The biggest downside is the noise on Friday and Saturday nights. If you're staying over the weekend, I recommend requesting a room away from the West Building. There was loud music and drumming that continued until around midnight, making it difficult to relax or get to sleep early. Overall, it was a good stay, but choosing the right room location can make a big difference."

"Great place to stay with easy access to bus stops! The only negative was the shower curtain in our bathroom - it was dirty and gave me the ick! Everything else was very clean. We stayed for four nights. Note they did not empty garbage/tidy the rooms/refill toilet paper we were almost out of, etc - likely typical for hostels type hotels. Would recommend to travellers."

"The hotel staff was amazing, We got assistance with early check in after red eye and not sleeping with kids. The property is clean, roomy, center location to all necessities. "Hard to get used to the 'contactless check in'. No humans around. The apartment was adequate, but there were a few things that should be addressed. I needed to iron a dress, and, yes there was an iron, and an ironing board that would sit on a table. Except that there was nowhere in the apartment where I could plug in the iron and use a table for the ironing board! I would have to rearrange the apartment. Also, the outlets in the bedroom were only accessible by crawling under the bedside tables....
