"No elevators in the place so you need to carry all of your stuff up a ton of stairs. There was a huge bug in our room and the AC’s didn’t work well. The guy had to come out and help but he got it going. Need more towels than 3 for a family. Loved the washer and dryer and location, and parking available. Pull out bed needs a new mattress as it had stains! The couch needs a good steam clean. Otherwise it was cute and cozy!"

"Staff made a terrible mistake during check-In and charged a Hold for my room charges again despite the Front Desk Staff and Manager knowing and confirming that I had prepaid more than $1,100 for my Stay. Was there for my Son’s Graduation which adversely impacted my enjoyment of something I’ve waited a long time for. Staff, even today during Check Out, blamed my Bank for their charge error. Reached out to the General Manager and incredibly have not received any response."
