"We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want. The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent. Check in was so easy. I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left. Highly recommend."

"Comfortable stay in quiet residential area. Kitchen could be better equipped. Listing says on-site parking - it doesn’t. Two parking permits are provided. Have to carry stuff from there to house up small path. "

"Great place to stay, the room is exactly as advertised. 20 minute walk downtown and well connected to East Midlands. The studio with the small kitchenette and the private bathroom was definitely worth it. The gym is great for a little workout "

"My only problem is the check in process, staff wasn’t professional, wasn’t friendly at the beginning but force a smile later on, not looking at guest when speaking to them , no greeting from staff to guests, no explaining the arrangements for breakfast. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. "Nice standard aparthotel with basic cooking facilities, including a two ring hob and microwave that did much more if you have the know how. Dishwasher but only one tablet! Parking needs visit to Reception and very tight small spaces underground. Well located for centre. Free coffee and tea in tap along with breakfast croissants."

"We did not receive the service we paid for. There is no 24/7 front desk as advertised. During the whole of our one night stay we did not see a single member of staff. On arrival, we communicated with a man via the doorbell and were told a code to open the door and then another code to retrieve our keys from a cupboard. "The hotel is well placed for visiting Nottingham and with good parking facilities close by. There are also some decent pubs near by to eat at and in walking distance a range of eateries, etc. The room that I stayed at was clean but small, but as a single traveller adequate. The shower worked well and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits and the tv was adequate. The staff were all helpful, friendly and efficient. "This is a really good hotel. The location is great for the theatres and cinema in Nottingham. It's in front of Rock City and a 20 min walk from the station. There are good restaurants nearby but the hotel also has 2 restaurants, room service and bar meals. It's worth upgrading to use the Club Lounge too. Comfy beds, quiet rooms and a bath! Theres a pool and soa too. No complaints!"
