"One of the main reasons why we decided to stay here is because online it adversities they offer cribs, but when we arrived they said they’ve never offered cribs. The main manager you can tell is trying his hardest to keep up with the hotel and is a good man, but the other staff when I checked in were rude and argumentative. The property itself was extremely outdated and falling apart. The only reason why I’m giving a 2 star instead of 1 is because our room was tolerable for what we needed and...

"Parking 2-levels outside- steps were icy & snow-covered (snow had ended prior to my arrival) front desk employee was sitting in lounge area playing on phone. I feel they could have been clearing steps and/or applying salt. Instead the night employee did this well after 11pm which kept us awake as it was outside our window. Snow removal plow also dropped his blade well after what would be considered ‘quiet time’."

"Many of the activities seem to be for younger kids I have two 14-year-olds and really the only thing interesting to them was the arcade or swimming. I hate that the pool closed so early by 8:00. With as much as there is to do in the dells by the time we got back to the hotel we only had about an hour to swim. And other than the jacuzzi area there was no adult area without kids."
