Hotel dekat Museum Kota Reykjavik

"The property was excellent. It was clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. I gave the hotel a 4 for 2 reasons. 1) Design - if you have luggage you have to take an elevator up 1 floor to get to reception or carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Very odd design IMO. 2) bathroom - it’s small and poorly designed. The shower will generally leak water on the rest of the floor and the sink counter was very small. Minor things aside I would stay here...

"It was awesome to stay in such a unique place and it was SOOOO much better than I could have hoped for. The kitchen was great, and the hot tub was such a treat"

"Room is reasonable sized. Breakfast was great. Free parking around the hotel premises. Free laundry facilities."

"The location was great for tour pick up. Room was very small. The main restaurant was closed and the bar menu was very limited."

"The place was ok for the value.. However the smoke alarm rang they the whole building causing everyone to go outside. Then told "everything was fine" and it happened again over 6 times throughout the night Then in the morning a security alarm went off. When asking for a partial refund which I think is reasonable considering not much sleeping happened they didn't respond Would not recommend!"

"The location and the room were as expected. Bathrooms are shared but were clean. The only disappointment was that the laundry facility was expensive and not easy to use."

"Bed bugs! All of us being bitten and we caught two bed bugs on our beds! I tried to contact the host and no answers. Since it’s 1am, we have no other places to go. Our next day’s plan is ruined because we need rest. It’s awful experience! We have to sit in chairs the whole night. I tried again contacting the host during morning. No answers yet! This is unacceptable and we request a full refund!"

"Love that there's free tea and coffee all day. The rooms clean and comfortable. They don't have a restaurant but there is a food court 5 minutes walk away. The location is close enough to walls into town but the area itself felt a bit liindustrial. Not a big deal as it didn't feel unsafe. A big plus for us the there is plenty of parking outside."

"A beautiful spacious comfortable suite - we loved the attention to details, modern esthetic and great amenities available to us!"

"Tower suites is an amazing place to base yourself in Reykjavik. We had a gorgeous suite with panoramic sea views and some views of the city, which were stunning. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Requests were answered promptly and efficiently. Parking was never a problem, there is a small charge 8am-4pm mon- Fri. But free on the weekends. Which suited us as we were out exploring most days. The room was well equipped and comfortable. It had nice bedding, a mini fridge, kettles...

"Loved the spa - pay extra but get the spa package for your trip!!"

"Loved location and the apartment"

"The family room was lovely and big with a huge bed and a sofa bed. There was plenty of room for storage although no actual wardrobe. Room 313 had a lovely view across the Main Street which was very pretty with all the lights. The breakfast was excellent and the times that we visited were not crowded at all. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel and we parked at the Stjörnuport parking garage 5 minutes along the street using the Parka parking app. Only negatives were that the bathroom shower...
