"The room smells like it has a bad drainage system. Once we enter the room and it smells like the toilet has been backed up. The fabric spray provided was useless. Attitude of staff were mixed, some discrimination were definitely present. Felt harrassed by the staff to settle the bill due to deciding to have extra guest in the room which we also had already decided to pay for. "

"Of all the places we stayed during our Japan trip, this was the best hotel we stayed in. The service was impeccable. When we checked in the staff welcomed us with tea and sat us down to explain our room reservation and amenities. The room we booked was surprisingly large. There was plenty of space for lounging. "非常完美。房間空間很足夠，帶了2個28寸和一個登機箱，都能攤開整理。雖然沒有大浴池，但房間內的淋浴空間很足夠，浴缸也很大，重點是淋浴設施超級棒，全部打開就能解放雙手根本不需拿水龍頭沖水。1樓有24hr自助吧，麵包飲料咖啡自取。床的軟硬很剛好，但是枕頭太硬而且只給一顆，睡得有點落枕。我很容易過敏，但房間非常乾淨，而且馬桶和浴室分開，使用上非常便民。離車站出口不遠，從3-1出來才有電梯，樓下左轉走沒幾步就有7-11，住起來非常舒適。"
