"We enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Hotel. Great location central very close to the Jahangir indian restaurant we had booked a meal at. Very clean room, comfy bed, nice shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. A nice trolley was in room with coffe, tea facilities and jelly beans and biscuits. "Room was clean and comfortable. Kettle for hot tea and a coffee pouch machine. Breakfast yummy. Chef was available to make omelette or other options. Also ate in the restaurant a few times. Good menu. The quietest air condition I have ever known in the bedroom - and it was needed in this heatwave. Bar was great along with huge comfy sofas. "

"Absolutely beautiful place to stay. My first time in Scotland and this hotel felt like a home. The staff were some of the most friendly I have encountered on my travels. The views outside were to die for. I did come during a heat wave and my room did not have a/c. I will say though it added to the pathetic of a very old school hotel which I did think was fun. Overall I will be staying here each time I visit Dundee. "

"Great value for money accomodation. Location was amazing. Can be a bit noisy if you are looking out at the square. Very clean . Very comfortable twin beds and lovely shower. Looking around the hostel, it seemed what a hostel should be with different nationalities mingling in the kitchen and TV room. Easy checking in. Loved the place. Would recommend to anyone"

"Gundie was a lovely host. The room was quiet and clean with organic products throughout. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. The grounds were exactly what you would picture a Scottish countryside to be…birds chirping, wildflowers abounding and friendly chickens. It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay. We loved it!"
