"My bathroom was not clean. I asked the staff to clean it after my first night. They said they would, but they did not. Also, I had no body wash. I asked the staff for body wash. But they never brought it. They did not clean my room each day"

"Staff was very friendly. Hotel is VERY Dated, was probably a very cool place in the 80’. Bring your ear plugs with you…traffic from I-40 through the night makes it difficult to sleep. Room AC remote didn’t work, had to get on a chair to adjust temp. Toilet seat was broke"
