"First of all, this facility is NOT a hotel. It's more of a cabin camping facility. As previously stated. This was booked during the Santorini off-season. Manager was never on site. Communication was via internet on the housekeeper who only spoke Albanian. There was no heat on the second floor and no effort was made to repair or replace it. Windows and doors leaked during rainstorms. "

Staff was excellent including Roy, who was friendly and courteous! I disliked the numerous mosquitoes in the room.
