Our room did have some faucets that would leak for more than 10 minutes, the lights turned on, randomly, around 12:00 a.m. but these were minor inconveniences. "The best thing about this hotel is its location and its breakfast. It is right in the middle of Brighton and 5 minutes or less from the B Green Line and 10 minutes from the C Green Line. The neighborhood has some cute diners, restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast is decent, with waffles and eggwichs, fruit, yogurt, cereal and plenty of coffee and tea. "The room was small but ok for what I wanted for the price. The shared bathroom was the issue it had multiple tiles in the floor missing which I did not notice until stepping on a sharp end. Also the room did offer any isolation from road noise from the highways."

"The building is falling apart, poorly renovated, and it was evident the minimum was done to the unit to attempt to make it presentable. Lumpy floors, peeling wall paper, dirty window sills, door handle falling off, loud stomping from floor above. My partner wouldn't stay there and booked a separate hotel room."
