"The hotel changed my room without letting me know and then would not accommodate to get me back to the room I originally booked. They cited that it is their policy if si book through Expedia. The hotel is brand new and is still in the cleaning process of the construction stage."

"Literally perfect. The hotel is about 2 hours away from us so it was arguably staycation-esque but we felt like it was a real getaway. The property is the perfect mix of old and new. The architecture/style is so beautiful but then the room was unexpectedly modern with wireless chargers and power drapes/shades - it was just amazing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The bed was really comfortable and we appreciated all the little extras along the way. We'll definitely be back."

I walked around and finally found someone to ask where the front desk for the hotel was. I still had to wait for 2 people to come out. Then his computer didn’t work. The other person who seemed annoyed had to help me check in. She did ask if I had a preference, I asked for a low level room, minimal walking to out side. "The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast bar was spotless and well maintained! Our room was disappointing as it was pretty beat up and the floors were dirty, not even swept well. On a good note, the bed was very comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room, but it could have been cleaned better."

"The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging."

"Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...
