"This is my second time staying at Bluebird Spa City. The property itself is great and the staff are very helpful. Parking is very convenient - right in front of the building. I booked the Micro Queen room but was given a King room for some reason. The room was at the top of the red stairwell so it was a bit noisy. "The hotel itself was fine, BUT there was a kids baseball team staying there and they were out of control! Parents were worse than the kids. In the future, I will ask if any sports teams are staying at a hotel before book. Even the hotel staff was at their wits end. Parents today need to mind the behavior of their children and respect other hotel guests. Totally unreal the disrespect shown this weekend to other travelers."

"Good location, free parking. Room had a keurig with some free coffee pods. WiFi was broken for half of my stay. My room was very hot and the a/c did nothing. I could open the window a little, which helped, but my room was above a kids play room and yard where parents let their kids scream and shout while playing past midnight. "Tv was so dark could barley watch it ,and it is locked so you cannot adjust the settings. Some movies we were not able to watch at all due to being so dark you could not see anything."

The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...
