"This is at least 5 th times I stay there. It is my go to hotel in Tokyo. Staff are very attentive and professional. They attend you above and beyond. The hotel itself is always clean It is compact hotel yet every thing you need is there. Transportation is great. You can do anywhere from Kinshicho station so many great eats out and shopping there "

"The staff was friendly and was there to assist when needed. Breakfast was included as well as in laundry unit. They had their cocktail hour and coffee tine which i really liked. The only bad thing is the room was too small and not enough space for your luggage. Pack lightly"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Some staff can communicate in English , even if they don't understand English they were tried to google translate and accomodate your needs. I give a thumbs up. The hotel is not new renovation but the bed is clean. The room is actually not that small but if they can either reconfigure the room layout or at least put the chair and the humidifier on a wheel so I can move them around the room is better.
