"I rarely review places but when I do they deserve it! Simonton Court was top notch. We got a good price for the stay. We arrived to find an inviting flower covered, palm lined inviting walkway. They upgraded us to a king size bed, but that was 3rd floor so we chose to stay in our queen on the first floor. The little houses would have been perfect to stay in. Pools were nice, place clean, breakfast nice, hoped for omelets. Located 1 block from Duval St in the center of everything but far enough...

"The property was built around 1874, historical beauty. It is small, 11 guest rooms. Staff very friendly and addressed needs quickly. The property is located with easy walking access to attractions. There are 3 separate outdoor seating areas. Continental breakfast and afternoon happy hour daily. I would definitely return on my next trip."

"Beautiful House and Room, Staff was nice and attentive, Pool was comfortable, Breakfast was very good with a different variety of food each day. Very convenient location to Duval St. (2 Blocks) Carol was a great concierge. Will defiantly stay here on our next visit to Key West."

"Staff was very accommodating up on arrival as well as our entire stay. Rooms were very clean (we just Love the old town home) roomy and comfortable. Our deck and balcony was so relaxing especially during our wine time. Pools (3)are well maintained and perfect after the long walks to cool down. Breakfast was always ready and well stocked, love that the choices change threw out the week (pancakes, bacon, sausage, cheese omelet, fresh fruits, juice,breads etc). We were just so close to everything...

"This was our second stay here, and overall experience was pleasant. However, with other hotels in closer proximity and at a cheaper rate, not sure I would stay a third time. Room was clean and well kept up, and the rooftop pool was large enough to cool off (very little shade otherwise which is especially needed in the month of June). "The owner lives on the property and is extremely inviting. She was very sweet and helpful, answering any questions we had. The rooms have full air conditioning and are kept refreshingly cold. The room was pretty clean and the bed was actually super comfy. The pool is heated and very refreshing after a long day of walking around in the brutal Key West sun."

"We had a late flight on our last day and they were able to hold our luggage in the office, let us hang out at the pool, and use the shower room to change before we left for the airport."
