"I booked this property for my first trip to Tokyo. My family and I had an amazing stay at Tokyu Stay Shibuya Ebisu! The property is beautiful, and the Ebisu train station is only a two minute walk away. This is great since it is a part of the Yamanote line. There is an alley around the corner containing so many restaurants, bars, and even a FamilyMart. We arrived early morning the first day, and the staff were more than willing to store our luggage until it was time to check-in. When we did...

"Great location near Shibuya station but far enough away to avoid the noise. The premier lounge access rooms have great views and lounge access is very convenient. Rooms have what you would expect for a 4*: Nespresso coffee, drinks and water all included. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and quiet. All the staff we met were friendly, polite and spoke English to the best of their ability. Would happily stay here again."

"Absolutely beautiful luxury hotel. Welcoming staff and concierge service specific to Hanakohro is a nice feature that distinguishes one’s stay and makes it even more special. Restaurants onsite are very nice, although a bit on the pricey side. The garden is very relaxing."

"The room is very spacious for a Tokyo hotel. Washer/dryer in room is quiet and works wonderfully. The blow dryers are as good as my Dyson. Thefront desk will forward luggage, call a taxi anything you need. Bathroom has heated mirror, huge spacious tub/shower. Location is IDEAL out of the Shibuya craziness but a quick 5 min walk to it. Across from a wonderful grocery store to get water, snacks, meals if needed. 10/10 will recommend and stay again. "
