The staff are excellent and very helpful to foreigners that don’t speak the language. For those folks that haven’t been to Japan, some of the surrounding areas can seem a little dodgy but are quite safe. "

"Strategically located in the Shinagawa area, just across from the Shinagawa JR Station. Many restaurants around. Very convenient to attend my meetings at the Tanakawa Gateway Convention Center."

"Room was small but I guess a lot bigger than regular hotel rooms in Tokyo. Everything was clean. Good location - very close to the train. We booked a room with breakfast included but the buffet wasn’t very good. No restaurants nearby except for those in the Takanawa Gateway buildings. "

"Hotel was great in most respects but having three beds, my request in the room didnt leave much space and the room probably wasn’t designed for three beds."
