"The hotel and beautiful garden grounds were very serene and extremely clean. When you take a shortcut through its sister property, it is a 5-10 minute walk to Shinagawa station on the Yamanote subway line which gives you access to Tokyo’s major attractions. There is a small 7-11 convenience store on the property. Our room with a truly king sized bed was very spacious. My only criticism? The beds are as hard as rocks, so be aware."

"insanely convenient location for subway/train access. this area isn't super touristy so it doesn't get too crazy. only complaint is that the location should be relatively quiet normally but there was quite a bit of construction during our stay, so dealt with a lot of jackhammering until literally 2-3 am some nights.
