The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower had excellent pressure and instant hot water. I wish I could take home the toilet, it was so neat. The location is perfect - a short walk to all the main sites and rail transportation. I highly recommend this hotel! Will book again next rime I travel to Tokyo.

The staff were extremely friendly and helped with anything requested. English OK. Amenities are in the front lobby easily accessable and available. Only negative is the terrible TP. Otherwise the accommodations were perfect and it was a refillable price. The surrounding area has plenty to do, a café across the street and konbini all around. Not to mention it's in the heart of Shibuya, which speaks for itself. Overall I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff!

Excellent hotel on the quiet side of Shibuya Stream. Walk through the shopping center and it leads you straight into the heart of Shibuya and Shibuya Crossing. Hotel is clean, staff is excellent and helpful. Will stay again on my next trip.
