The staff was really nice; our rooms were a little small, but the location was perfect. The breakfast brunch didn’t have many options, but it was pretty good. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location was absolutely perfect. It’s super close to the station, which made getting around so convenient, and it was incredibly easy to find. It’s also within easy reach of the mall and the famous Shibuya Crossing, with so many great restaurants and places to eat nearby. My check in was completely seamless, and the front desk attendants were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. I also really appreciated how spacious the room was. After exploring Tokyo all day, it was so nice to come back to a comfortable room with plenty of space to relax. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well located stay in Shibuya!
