"The staff were rude at check in and during our stay when we had an inquiry. We tried to use the sauna and it wasn’t working properly. "

"It was a decent hotel, large room size but non-smoking smelt so strongly of cigarettes we had to ask to move. Not many of the staff spoke English or at least not at the level to discuss the matter but this was solved using a translation app on my phone. To be fair to the staff, they got us an air prurifier and when that didn't work, they moved us to a different room without any quibble and that one fortunately did not smell. Gym was quite small but okay, however had one incident where my wife needed to use the facilities and the gym changing rooms did not have one, so we walked down the corridor to the adjoining spa and she used the toilet there. We were borderline aggressively chased then followed out despite us trying to explain what had happened."

"The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. We were early for check in so dropped our bags and checked out the area. As it was a Sunday the pedestrian streets were busy. The area is very convenient to West lake . Would recommend the hotel and there are some very good restaurants in a mall just 5 minutes away.One is Green Tea and the other is Grandmas place."

"Clean room. Great value. I loved it being on a pedestrian street but hard to get to in a taxi. More information on driving there would be great. But I should have known to take metro to that area since traffic in the city is insane. Breakfast was good and also could have more variety. Super lovely staff. So helpful and kind.
