"Room was clean and property was well taken care of. All the staff was professional and had no problem answering our questions. The hotel has a gate to walk through, not just anybody can come inside and the parking lot is also gated so they have staff that manage these services. Casa serena is located in a quiet, prosperous area that is walkable with at least 3-5 bars/restaurants nearby. We literally have zero complaints!"

"The area was great. Walkable to many places to eat, shop and go to the airport. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we did not like was the AC in the room. No matter how much we tried it wouldn’t turn on and the buttons were not helpful either."

"The Immaculada Hotel was a bit of a mixed bag for us. The highlight of the stay was the staff, they were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. "It is a boutique hotel with comfortable beds, good AC and a great breakfast. The rooms are small but comfortable and the hotel is well run and in a good location. The staff are very helpful and the 24 hour front desk ensured that I got to the airport at 3:30AM. I'll stay there again. "
