"The hotel staff, friendly, helpful. They helped us plan a route to visit all the sites we wanted to see in Porto. They store our bags and then checkout time they put them in our room. When we returned, we just checked in our bags were already there. They have a wonderful turn down service. And the rooftop restaurant and bar has delicious food and cocktails. The view is unparalleled to see old town. You can see the golden hour, which was dazzling. Superb"

Only small point of improvement is some noise from the hallway when people come back late at night as the hard floors make it echo quite a lot, but this was minor."

"We loved our stay here. We stayed in a private double room with our own bathroom which was wonderful. The room was clean and tidy, shampoo and body wash was provided, as well as a hairdryer. "I cannot recommend this place enough. Studio apartment was fantastically equipped. From olive oil sachets for cooking, to toiletries, tiny wardrobes and the tv thats also a mirror.
