"Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. You looked into a courtyard of sorts which was quiet at night so you could have the windows open if you chose to. Found the floors to be “creaky” and you could hear footsteps and movement from above. The location was convenient to both the downtown and the “old town”. The on site manager was a great to deal with and helpful. Great communication."

"Stunning property! We absolutely loved our stay here. Our room was so spacious, it felt more like a suite. The common areas were so inviting and beautiful, and the staff was beyond friendly. It was about a 20 minute walk to Parte Viejo, which worked out great for us as we were eating pintxos nonstop."

"Overall, this is a fantastic property. Location can’t be beat and in general the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be in regard to having an à la carte breakfast. The staff did not seem to be happy that we were not using the buffet and were therefore very slow to help us. "We’re not used to big cities, so parking in a garage was stressful for us. Be sure to take a picture of your space… The hotel was in a great location for walking to the Pintxo bars. We had requested a room with two beds together, but received a queen instead. The room was very small as we had to walk sideways between the closet and the bed. The shower was even smaller. My husband is 6’2 and not small so it was a challenge. Staff was friendly and helpful once we de stressed"
