"We loved the location of this hotel. Literally in the center of it all. I booked this through a referral of a colleague who had stayed at this hotel 2 weeks prior and raved about her short stay. "We loved the hotel, it was so welcoming the staff were all friendly and willing to help the breakfast was very good lots of choice. It was very clean and the room was big and airy. The spa was a lovely bonus and the pool was really nice yo use after a day of walking. The hotel is also very central to everything easy walking distance to most things, don't forget to wear flat shoes due to the cobbles and steep hills . Definitely recommend"

"First time in Lisbon and could not have asked for a better hotel! It feels more like staying in a stylish boutique Lisbon loft than a traditional hotel. I was so happy and surprised at how spacious the loft was. The photos don't do it justice! The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was a great addition (did not use it but would have if I needed to). Appreciated having more than one bathroom and the shower was perfect temperature and pressure. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival...

"Amazing staff, great place. Stayed 3 nights then came back 3 weeks later and stayed for 2 more. Had a reservation elsewhere (The Lift) . Elevator out of service and smelly room). Hopefully I can get my money back but either way I highly recommend Nicola Rossio!!!!"

"Everything was great; the staff, the place and the location was superb. My only thing and I don’t know if it can be fixed is that the bathroom sometimes will have a tiny musky smell. I hate musky smells and maybe that’s why I am super sensitive to it. But, the entire place was very clean and my towels were changed daily. I will definitely go back and stay."
