"We had a wonderful time at Antiga Casa Pessoa. We came in July, so it was a little hot, but the staff made a real effort to make it enjoyable and comfortable. They were also kind whenever we needed anything. The location was perfect, with easy access to entertainment, restaurants, and so much more."

"We had so much room for our family's stay. It was fantastic! Front desk reception was really helpful, and the breakfast service was wonderful. You don't have to go down for breakfast. They just bring it to the room. The only complaint is the noise at night due to the location close to the night club district. There were loud vehicles blaring music and loud partiers on the streets outside at night. Otherwise, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"This is an excellent property with walking distance towards the water, shopping area, and restaurants. The front desk service was FANTASTIC. Questions were answered quickly and they had taxis called for us on our departure date. They also offer complimentary staples on your fridge… we had some fruit, eggs, cheese, coffee/tea stocked. They also delivered a bread bag in the morning with rolls, croissants, and custard tarts. Extra bottles of water given on request. We had room 502 and it was more...

"The hotel was opened in November 2025 so everything was like I am the first person to use. Everything is top notch. It is perfectly located to see everything in Lisbon. The only time we took Uber was to go to the Marina to take a sunset cruise"

"First time in Lisbon and could not have asked for a better hotel! It feels more like staying in a stylish boutique Lisbon loft than a traditional hotel. I was so happy and surprised at how spacious the loft was. The photos don't do it justice! The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was a great addition (did not use it but would have if I needed to). Appreciated having more than one bathroom and the shower was perfect temperature and pressure. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival...

"Everything was great; the staff, the place and the location was superb. My only thing and I don’t know if it can be fixed is that the bathroom sometimes will have a tiny musky smell. I hate musky smells and maybe that’s why I am super sensitive to it. But, the entire place was very clean and my towels were changed daily. I will definitely go back and stay."

"Hola. El hotel está en el centro y tiene un precio alto en comparación con otros hoteles. Pague eso porque estaría bien céntrica sin embargo los hoteles de ese nivel en calles concurridas tienen ventanas anti ruidos y este NO lo tenía. No dormi nada en las noches, los ruidos se escuchaban exactamente iguales en la habitación todo absolutamente todo. Las ventanas son simples no son para una propiedad que venda “descanso”. La pasé muy mal. Me quejé y solo me dieron vueltas diciendo que no habían...
