"Great hotel overall"

"The property is very clean. Its comparable to staying in a cabin surrounded by lush trees and plants. Breakfast is a complete meal not just the typical cereals and muffins. They have noodle soup eggs cooked to your liking. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again."

"If there is any budget hotel that deserved 5 stars, it's this one, Sapa Garden Hotel.The rooms are big, the location is central. It is just 5 minutes walk from the Sun Plaza, the cafes, and the restaurants. The couple who owns the hotel are the nicest people. We can't thank them enough for letting us check in at 5am in all four rooms without any additional fee even though i offered to pay for early check in. It is highly recommended ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The staff were amazing - helpful, welcoming, and hard working to the point of seemingly being able to be everywhere at once. Large clean room with windows that opened to allow in the clean, fresh local air. Breakfast was small, but excellent, with buffet and made to order choices. The staff took care of ordering our tickets for the Fansipan funiculars, and cable car. Highly recommended!!"

"Mr. Kim, the owner of the hotel (not a Korean descent) and all the staff members were excellent in providing services and tour information. The breakfast was modest but good enough to start a day. The hotel is located on a bit of up-hill but this is not unusual for the hotels and businesses in Sapa. It was conveniently located in the center of Sapa town and we were able to walk to and from many restaurants and tourist places. It is reasonably priced and very friendly place. Highly recommended."

"The room was clean but what they marketed as Junior Suite was actually smaller than the Superior probably because it's front facing and the attic wall is slanted."

"The rooms were very clean, the hostel itself is beautifully decorated and has very good facilities available. The host is very sweet and extremely helpful when it comes to booking tours or just looking for recommendations in general. There’s even a cat roaming the home stay so if you’re lucky you might run into him!"
