"The staff was wonderful; they can also help with organizing tours as needed. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was tasty. Don't be fooled though, there is no hot tub or spa associated with the hotel. There are plenty of spas in the area though for massages and other treatments. "

"The location is great, very quiet within walking distance to everything, Sapa has ski village vibes. The owner is often working at the front desk and is genuinely an incredible human. We arrived 630 AM on the train and he permitted us to check-in to our rooms early, as well as check out at 5 PM with no extra costs! He even upgraded us to a superior room because it was available! He helped us book a one-day trek with a local and it was so fun and informative! We are active 50 year olds and found...

"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "
