"Internet was maintainable though trying to use the Tv streaming the movie selection's that were available was difficult due to spotty internet..it works for all items I carry on business trips such as Phones and Laptops..Other than that this place was 😍 the room was big the restroom was big definitely made us feel special the staff was awesome too"

"The property is very clean. Its comparable to staying in a cabin surrounded by lush trees and plants. Breakfast is a complete meal not just the typical cereals and muffins. They have noodle soup eggs cooked to your liking. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again."

"Mr. Kim, the owner of the hotel (not a Korean descent) and all the staff members were excellent in providing services and tour information. The breakfast was modest but good enough to start a day. The hotel is located on a bit of up-hill but this is not unusual for the hotels and businesses in Sapa. It was conveniently located in the center of Sapa town and we were able to walk to and from many restaurants and tourist places. It is reasonably priced and very friendly place. Highly recommended."

"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "

"The whole place was huge and also the room, very comfortable and relaxing though we didn't try the pool. The only problem was the staff, some of the staff was not welcoming, not accommodating, most of them didn't know how to speak English that results to miscommunication. Except the Front Desk employee who has shoulder length hair, she's very helpful and can communicate well."

"The experience was closer to a low-cost hostel-style stay. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for the cost, and the hotel also provided heated blankets, which was a nice touch. That said, there was visible mold in parts of the bathroom, a noticeable old-building smell, and the fan was quite dusty. The mattress was also quite firm. Overall, this place is best suited for travellers prioritizing price over comfort."

"The rooms were very clean, the hostel itself is beautifully decorated and has very good facilities available. The host is very sweet and extremely helpful when it comes to booking tours or just looking for recommendations in general. There’s even a cat roaming the home stay so if you’re lucky you might run into him!"
