"We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!"

"Great location only 3 blocks from St. Peter's Square. Lots of restaurant and side walk cafe choices nearby as well as the restaurant on premise. We had an issue with the AC one night which was promptly corrected by the staff the next day. Staff is excellent and the service was great.
Borgo Pio is a pedestrian only street, but the side streets give easy access. Taxis will likely drop you off at one of the through streets but still very convenient.

"The hotel is well situated, very close to Vantican city, many dinning options. Staff is very helpful. Marco welcomed us at the gate, he showed us all the way from opening the gate of the building till our room. He provided prompt answers and very efficient help."

"Proprietor Marina was SO pleasant, accommodating, and helpful! The property itself was clean, cute, quiet, and conveniently located. Despite its old-timey charm, the tiny cage elevator was a bit inconvenient for our group of 6; but this was only a minor flaw. Overall, a great stay!"

"This is a truly wonderful hotel. Although I arrived very late at night, Michele at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful during check-in. The facilities are not luxurious, but they are clean and equipped with everything you need. The shower door closes properly, so the bathroom floor doesn’t get flooded, and there are no moldy corners or unpleasant odors that you sometimes find in older buildings.

"This was my first time in Europe and I was a bit nervous traveling with my two girls. This was a girls trip. The owner of the hotel was one of the best things of our trip! He was outstanding!! He sat down with the three of us, explained everything about the hotel, the city, good spots to visit and stayed in touch during our entire stay. He was available to answer any questions in many ways. Easy going, honest and truly a good person. The rooms were very clean and with a modern look. "

"The location was ideal, close to everything without being on a busy street. Giulia clearly cares about the well-being of her guests, checking in to see if anything is needed and always friendly, never intrusive. This was a top-notch stay and I hope to stay there again. AC was a plus as was the small in-room fridge. This has the personal feel of being in a private apartment. Loved it!"

"Very close to everything, no need to get a taxi or to drive for sight seeing. We could walk or catch the train easily. The apartment was clean and modern, and our host was excellent! The only slight drawback was that there wasn’t really any common area where we could sit and have a drink which was hard since we were traveling with another couple and would have liked to do so especially in the morning. That being said, we would stay there again, happily."
