"Wir konnten bereits um 11 Uhr nach persönlicher Rücksprache mit Alessio, dem Vermieter, unser Gepäck abstellen und bekamen gleich die Schlüssel und konnten somit sofort mit unserer Tour durch Rom starten. Er hat Tipps zum Essen gegeben und angeboten, dass wir uns jederzeit melden könnten bei Fragen. Super nett. "Personal ist nett. Zimmer werden nicht sauber gemacht nur das Bett wird gemacht und der Müll geleert. Der Spiegel im Badezimmer hatte 4 Tage lang die selben Flecken. Das Zimmer müsste auch mal renoviert werden. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Die Cocktailbar auf dem Dach hatte auch nicht geöffnet. Deutsche Fernsehsender gab es auch nicht. Nur Italienische. Thermostat der Klimaanlage war auch defekt. Sie lief die ganze Zeit auf volle Leistung."
