"L’hôtel était très propre, que ce soit la salle de bain ou les lits. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable. Ils n’ont pas de petit déjeuner mais c’est indiquer lors de la réservation et ils mettent à disposition gratuitement café, thé, gâteaux, jus etc. Le seul bémol pourrait être l’insonorisation des chambres mais ça ne dérange pas plus que ça. Merci à eux pour ce séjour !"

"It’s very clean, and neat. It’s just a hotel to stay & sleep they don’t have common areas or a gym and bar like other hotels. My stay was safe and comfortable. The staff were easy to contact. Its a great location, 20 mins from aroma Termini, 3 mins to Basilica Giovanni lateran and scala santa, 15-20 minutes to The Colosseum. 2 mins bus and taxi station. There’s a convenient store around the corner as well to buy food, water and toiletries. I would definitely recommend."

"We stayed 3 nights. Our room was small and there was no closet or drawers to store our clothes. The bathroom was very small, especially the shower which measured 2.5ft x 2.5ft. that I could hardly move around in the shower. Also, the toilet was very close to the shower which made it difficult to sit down comfortably. If you're tall or big, I'd think twice before staying here. The good thing about this place was the staff which were all nice and helpful."

"The hotel was undergoing some maintenance, but was very clean and otherwise well kept. Located very close to Manzoni station, we had no problem getting anywhere we wanted to go in the city. The breakfast was excellent, as were the staff. It was an excellent experience!"

"Fantastic hotel in a great location, quiet near the colosseum, room was comfortable and clean with large bathroom and breakfast was great on the roof terrace with great views. Only negative was the over priced drinks for the evening in the hotel bars even with the great views so tended to go elsewhere."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Doria Palace! The room was decently sized and very clean! The hotel itself is very small, but the staff was great and super helpful! The only note is there are a couple of stairs you must climb with luggage before you reach the elevator. Once do you reach the elevator, it only fits one person at a time, so just something to keep in mind."

"Staff were extremely nice and kind. We felt welcome from the start. We were greeted every morning with delicious, freshly made cappuccino, which was included with breakfast. Breakfast was very simple and fresh, worth more than its price. It included fresh rolls, cheese, cold cuts, hard boiled eggs, cereal, a wide selection of pastries and fruit. "Excellent location for most of the central attractions in Rome as most of them are walkable. Hotel is really clean and the mosaics on the floors and walls are stunning. This was our second stay at this hotel and would defo consider it again for whenever we go back. The hotel owners as generally onsite who are super friendly, and keen to help with any questions and local advice as well."

"This is the dirtiest and worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The place is practically uninhabitable. There is a very strong moldy and damp smell throughout the property, which could seriously affect guests’ health. The cleanliness is unacceptable, the facilities are in very poor condition, and the overall experience was extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances."
