"DREADFUL !. Absolutely freezing room , electric drill going upstairs for hours , dark dingy rooms with no view. Room was so cold I had to wear a coat in bed hat and gloves. Never again, worst girl experience of my life "

"10/10 experience we came for a quick weekend getaway from Toronto and the staff, location and rooms were exceptional. Some of the best sleep we’ve had. Location is perfect close to all the best spots and newbury street. Shout out to Nick at the door for being so hospitable and taking us around. The Doormen were all great. This is one of the few hotels I’ve been to in a while where all the restaurants and bars on the property were buzzing with vibe ! Would recommend "

"I went to raffles Boston for fiancés birthday and I called a week ahead to get the room decorated for her special day and when I showed up the room was not decorated, I then called and said they didn’t decorate the room like I asked so they asked if they could come up during dinner and decorate so I agreed. I drove to the hotel in an EV and was able to park affordably for Boston as well as being able to charge overnight, again quite affordably.
