"Lovely property we had a good time staying there I would say it would be nice if there was someone at the front desk to greet you and have your room ready all the time. When we initially got there they had told us that room was double booked and put our stuff in a room for the meantime. But no one came and confirmed after we got back from and activity that the room they had put us in was indeed the one we booked. "Enjoyed the prime location and rice fields. It’s nearby market area as well as ubud palace! The bike rides were amazing and staff was friendly. Some feedback on room hygiene since we were staying with our toddler that we expected the towels to be exchanged by new ones if we keep them on floor indicating they needed to be replaced, but it wasn’t done till we informed about it to the staff. "Ibah is a very special place in Ubud, right near the Campuhan bridge and the start of the Campuhan Ridge walk. It feels like a special sanctuary away from the traffic and heat. "Set in a lovely location, a short free shuttle ride from the centre, Mathis is a tranquil and relaxing place to stay. The staff are lovely, the rooms excellent, and the view amazing. The only negative is that they charge slightly more for tours/ taxis than you would pay if you shop around. "

"A true luxurious way to experience beautiful ubud scenery.... it is trully an out of this world kind of resort. The resort caters family and couple guests. They have an outstanding thoughtful eco friendly Mandapa Camp which is a kids club. There is no electronic gadgets or even air conditioner within the club.... but they have a cow, chickens, ducks, and rabbits! For real!!! Amazing amazing resort!
