"This hotel was exceptional. Truly what you would expect for Forbes and Michelin 5 star rating. The rooms were very large for Japan standards. Wonderful deep soaking tub and exquisite views. "Lovely hotel, beautiful linens. Staff outstanding. Location for staying put or travel couldn’t be improved. Subway is below the hotel, restaurants, shops and surprisingly a serene atmosphere outside the hotel. I felt was the area for makeup and hair wasn’t large enough and drawer space was sparse. Lovely window treatments (automatic) with outstanding blackout."
