"Wonderful stay in Florence! The room was spotless. It was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see but away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the river from our room was beautiful. The staff was extremely responsive to our request requests. We asked for a third chair because there were three of us. It appeared in our room while we were out on our tour. "We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!"
