"We did not have the breakfast, so no comment to make. The pool was really nice. Our room was immaculate and very spacious. The location was so close to everything nearby we wanted to see. Maybe a small gripe: WiFi showed 2 to 3 bars, but seemed to disconnect for our devices. Still, this was minor and figured it was related to the soundproof like stone walls. Certainly, not a reason to complain to staff or deduct from the overall review. We would 100% choose to stay here again. Thanks"

"The building had multiple units and we stayed in the Melody unit which was on the top floor. It might be a problem for people with mobility issue since we had to climb up 4 sets of stairs but it wasn't a problem for us. The apartment was very spaces compared to other places we stayed in Italy. The bathroom looked like it was newly remodeled. The apartment was very clean. There was a washer and drying rack. "It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing . Otherwise rooms are nice too with two bathrooms being the highlight . Very convenient location and the property helps with parking . The parking guys are...
