"We stayed 3 nights and our entire stay was wonderful. We ate breakfast every morning and it was consistently well stocked and delicious, with many options. We used the spa amenities as well and we had the entire area to ourselves! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. "Dark, minimal lighting, depressing. Arived after 4 p.m. Sent code to get in front door and apartment. Card on table for room 4 didn't work. Another guest tried it to. Called then found keys in office as instructed to open room 4 door. Lights wouldnt work as no card. Told on phone to take hidden key to a cupboard in office and use the master card in my room for my lights which worked. THIS NEANT I COULD HAVE ACCESSED EVERYONE'S ROOM. SHOCKING BREACH OF PRIVACY AND SECURITY. Took over an hour...

"Beautiful room, very clean, big comfortable bed in the king deluxe and great location. No lotion or tissues in bathroom and if you need anything, reception is only available until 8pm except for emergencies- we needed an iron because ours broke and would have been charged if we called after 8pm for a non-emergency- would definitely stay again."

"This is a lovely hotel, great quality hotel well situated with around 10 mins walk to the main hub of activity. So, so good to have the option of the roof top area to relax at, with a cool pool after a day of walking and sight seeing in the heat, not to be underestimated. "Muy agradable la habitación , con una linda cocina. Nos encantó el Sillón y la Pequeña estancia ya que viajábamos 4 amigas y podíamos descansar y conversar ahí al final del día. Sería muy útil que dieran a los viajeros instrucciones de cómo tomar taxi y autobús desde el aeropuerto y desde la terminal de trenes. Llegando Nos sorprendimos con el costo de Uber que es mucho mayor a los precios en Roma ( casi el triple) y las personas en Florencia en general Son poco amables con los Turistas para dar...

"This hotel is unique and easy to access to all must see spots. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and no limit. I was happy to book this place for its location in the center of the old town. When feel hot bad tried we were able to walk short distance back to the room for a brief rest even a nap. I wish the hotel continues booming and has a good business."
