"Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation including rooms and indoor pool. This is not listed on the website. First room bad odor. Moved sink large multiple cracks, bathroom tile floor multiple cracks, carpet multiple stains. TV Remotes x 2 did not work because NO Batteries. Must use both Remotes to work TV. Room Key Card door entry still old type that if it's near a cellphone it looses it's entry code, had to get recorded. Breakfast room Staff only speak Spanish no English. Also Housekeeping...

"Everything was amazing—we truly loved our stay. The room was beautiful, and the view made the experience even better. My girlfriend really enjoyed it as well, which made it special for both of us. The only small thing we noticed was that there wasn’t enough sugar provided for the coffee, and there weren’t utensils available for guests who might bring back snacks or dessert. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Thank you for such a great stay—we would definitely come back!"

"Hotel and staff were excellent. Slight problem: woke up at 3:30 in the morning a little warm, so turned on the air conditioner. Unfortunately, it whistled and kept us up. I told the staff in the morning and they said they were aware of that problem and will need to fix it. Gave me a $30 room credit but would prefer to have had a sound sleep."
