L’accueil de Monsieur Roberto mérite une mention spéciale : chaleureux, attentif et redoutablement efficace, chaque petit souci était réglé plus vite qu’un espresso italien ne se boit. La colazione ricca e varia, il ristorante ottimo soprattutto la sera del cenone di Capodanno, non scontata. Gestito perfettamente anche un piccolo imprevisto legato ad una visita omaggiata dall’hotel presso una delle vetrerie storiche del posto. Insomma una vacanza meravigliosa!"

"Beautiful accommodations and delicious breakfast served every morning. We liked that it was so close to ferry access so we could pop over to some of the other islands. "

" The property was great .Should note that there was construction in front of it due to work being done on the canal. Also need to walk over a small bridge to access the area so if one has a lot of luggage there is a way to hire someone with a cart to transport the luggage from the train station to the hotel which is close by. There is a great seafood restaurant next to the hotel which is very popular. I would recommend getting a reservation when you arrive.. "
