"We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment. We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food. We woke up to a beautiful continental breakfast which tasted amazing and a latte. It was really foggy and we had to rush...

"Das kleine B&B hat nur 4 Zimmer und liegt ganz in der Nähe von den Haltestellen der Vaporetto und der Linie Alilaguna zum Flughafen. Alessandra war sehr nett und zuvokommend. Das Frühstück ist kontinental, trotzdem recht umfangreich, mit Obst, Saft, Joghurt, Wurst, Käse und Müsli. Sehr leckere Croissants. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Fotos. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich komme gerne wieder."

"The staff are super helpful. They helped me navigate the local area, made recommendations, and ordered reliable water taxis when I had to leave early in the morning to meet tours. The property is clean and quiet and close enough to walk to the center of town and the train station. St. Mark's Square is a little further out but easily reachable by water taxi, water bus or a 30 min walk.."
