"It's located in the historic center of the city, very close to the "plaza grande", major markets, and museums. Also is well conected through the Va y Ven public transportartion system to the north of the city, airport, and Tren Maya stations."

"Everyone was really courteous from the front of the house to the housekeepers. Had a wonderful time staying there."

"Location,location location! Its a great little hotel in the middle of everything. Restaurants, shops,coffee. You can walk everywhere. The one thing we did not like at all is the parking(if you don’t need a car great, but we needed one) You have to walk about 2 blocks to the parking area. No one will bring your car. You have to call the front desk ask them to open the parking lot wait there until someone comes and opens it. As a guest it’s too much of a hassle especially on tired days of walking and sightseeing and of course you have to carry all your luggage or whatever you have. "

"The place is well located, the room smelled soo bad in the bathroom from the floor drainage, the sofa had multiple stains, one there was no hot water in the shower and 2 out of 4 nights we were the the pool (if it can be called that because it was pretty small) was closed one day for maintenance and one day for cleaning. The parking was ok but not on the place, a block and a half away. There was practically no lobby or common areas, Overall was ok for just go crashing at night but feels more like motel/loft than a hotel as advertised"

"Hotel was very well lcosted but amenities not that nice, the rooftop was woth garbage over the floor, the breakfast as just a messy place to be, and the option were very limited. For the price you can get better hotels around."
