When she appeared we asked about food but was told that the kitchen closed at 2 and that we would need to go out if we were hungry. "The entire complex was immaculately clean and fresh. The staff were welcoming on arrival and during our stay. The facilities are exceptional as was the breakfast, more than adequate and food quality was superb. The only (very) minor negatives are: The car park is not clearly displayed as being for patrons of the hotel leading to some confusion on arrival. The sofa bed I slept on was as hard as a rock, not very comfortable to be perfectly honest. However, on the whole, an exceptionally good...

"Michael at reception was so helpful and gave me all the information I needed with regards to my room and food/drink. My room was clean, very peaceful and had a good sized desk and office chair so I was able to work during my stay. Food was nice and generous portions. The air con was fantastic in this hot weather. Overall an excellent hotel for business. I will be back!"

"The room wasn’t clean, the headboard on the bed was worn and ripped, underneath the bed was filthy and full of hairs, a previous guests glasses were left in the room, a small used soap bar used unhygienic and not enough for 2 guests, other items were also not replenished, despite having a previous stay at this hotel which was good this one did not live up to the previous standard and the member of staff on reception was also quite rude"

"The hotel is outdated and in a very poor state of decor. Paintwork old and flaking,windows filthy, carpet not even hoovered, superior double costing over £200 was appalling. Two single beds shoved together and not even joined, sink plug stuck in down position, had to lift out to get it to drain, sink cracked, toilet seat loose, bathroom flooring cracked...and so on. Breakfast booked but nothing available, kept having to wait for items to be fetched and cooked, staff very slow indeed. Overall...
