Katie consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. She was always checking in to make sure everything was perfect and proactively asking if there was anything we needed. We never had to go looking for assistance—she was always one step ahead, initiating conversations and offering help before we even had to ask. Every request we made was handled promptly and efficiently, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Katie organised our tours seamlessly and catered to our specific needs with such ease and attention to detail. Her knowledge, professionalism, spontaneity, and genuine kindness made our experience even more memorable. She is a true asset to Naman Retreat, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. As for Naman Retreat itself, this is far more than just a place to stay—it is a truly unforgettable experience. Every aspect of the retreat has been thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of luxury, tranquillity, and relaxation. "The room was gorgeous and ocean view was breathtaking. Everything is clean and organized. I have minor recommendion that the room needs to install more electrical outlets especially, near the bed. Lisa Nguyen who was my check-in receptionist had done a tremendous job and diligently working hard to ensure that she can help me with several options on my requests. She manages to help me out. I haven't seen such a patience and willingness to-help receptionist in my life in order to accommodate my request. This lady, Lisa, deserves top 5 out 5 Star and get a promotion. I hope her boss is able to read my feedback here."

"This La Siesta in Hoi An has everything you could ever want. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were special guests. We stayed at the resort three nights. My favorites at La Siesta Hoi An: 1. Customer service 2. Bed 3. At least three pools including an adult only pool 4. Daily breakfast was good and plentiful 5. Bars serves good drinks 6. Hotel is far enough away from city center to be pretty quiet. 7. Small store next door 8. Off-site laundry across the street."
