"Stayed here on many occasions. The rooms are a great size and good bathrooms. Staff as always, courteous, helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately there are a couple of new policies I am not totally enamoured with - it is hardly room service if you have to go down to order and pay for it - I understand their rationale behind this new policy (no room credit), but it's not what you expect from a 4* hotel. "We were very dubious due to some bad reviews but we were really happy with our executive barn with hot tub. Really nice accommodation in a great location which was clean and comfortable throughout. We were also lucky enough our hot tub was hot enough to use on the first night. Only downsides were speed bumps are very severe, WiFi was glitchy and could have done with some sharp knives. But they are minor issues for us. Would definitely stay again. "
