"My room was tiny, with poor ventilation, and there was no air conditioning. Despite extreme heat, the staff was unsympathetic and disinterested. Very poor customer service, overpriced, and not as advertised."

"Our hotel was amazing. From the valet parking to the front desk to the housekeepers. Everyone was amazing and helpful. The grounds were outstanding and well kept. The pool and leisure center was a great place to visit. Breakfast was delightful. They say it gets busy between 9-10 and it is. But go earlier or set proper expectations."

Unfortunately, I ended up being sick for a whole day and missed what the surrounding had to offer. But the hotel bed was very comfortable for me to spend the day in.
