Unfortunately, I ended up being sick for a whole day and missed what the surrounding had to offer. But the hotel bed was very comfortable for me to spend the day in. "Caveat emptor! It’s been a while since i have even seen an actual double bed, let alone have to squeeze into one with my partner. Usually when a hotel advertises a double bed, they mean a queen, or even a king. We paid €240 ($400 CDN) for that dubious privilege. If you need to spread out a bit, as we do, it’s not acceptable. Way overpriced. That said, the host was hospitable, the included breakfast good and the location central."

"This boutique hotel was outstanding. The rooms are large, the king size bed was comfortable, the bathroom was also large and very clean. The breakfasts are outstanding, second to none. Great service from the staff as well. I highly recommend Perryview House."
