"This is truly a beautiful hotel . The space is updated and offers a spa like feel from the moment you step into the hotel . The staff were very friendly and helpful and even though I had booked my room online about 30 minutes before - it was ready for me for an early check in . The air didn't work, I ask a maintenance associate to help fix the thermostat and eventually maintenance associates was asking personal questions if the guy I was with was my boyfriend or husband it was just awkward a bit inappropriate. "We stay here often, however the rooms are rarely as listed...meaning it may say a 2 bedroom with 2 queens when in fact it may be a king with 2 twin beds. Also, the Latch keyless entry is a pain. It usually takes an hour before we get in just because the codes don't work. Yet, the location, parking and overall great neighbors and neighborhood make up for the frustrations."

"It was a great stay at Hotel Vue. Great location with great services. I will especially thanks Christobal for his exceptional services and another guy from front office (I do not know his name but I think he is the manager as I saw him lead a meeting with the staffs), as well as the housekeeping staffs. Breakfast is very simple but in the morning all I need is a cup of coffee and a toast so it was Ok for me. I certainly will stay there if going to Mountain View again. "
